Eligibility for Postgraduate Program Even Semester T.A. 2016/2017
Applicants who meet the requirements below, can apply to become a doctoral program participant in the same or linear field of study with the field of study of the previous education level or other fields of study approved by the Head of Study Program:
| 1. | A recent color photograph, dressed and posed formally (face facing the camera) with a blue background. |
| 2. | Original diploma or legalized copy of diploma. Master’s degree from an accredited study program in the field of science that is appropriate and / or related to the Masters program to be followed. Graduation Certificate (SKL) is not valid. Special applicants for foreign graduates must have a diploma equalization document from DIKTI. |
| 3. | Original transcripts or legalized copies of transcripts |
| 4. | Study program accreditation certificate at S2 level, with the following conditions: The accreditation of the study program in question is the current accreditation and is evidenced by a scan of the accreditation certificate or print screen accreditation from the BAN-PT page which is still valid. Study programs whose accreditation is in the process of being extended, evidenced by a receipt of submission of accreditation forms to DIKTI, not a certificate from the Higher Education concerned. For foreign graduate applicants, the proof of accreditation is the Decree of Equalization of Foreign Diplomas from DIKTI. If the accreditation document is not valid, it will not be processed further. |
| 5. | Certificate of Academic Potential Test results with a valid certificate, which is a maximum of 2 years from the date of issuance of the certificate: Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) BAPPENAS Tes Potensi Akademik Pascasarjana (PAPs) UGM Tes Kemampuan Dasar Akademik Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (TKDA HIMPSI) |
| 6. | Have a certificate of English proficiency test results proven by a valid certificate, which is a maximum of 2 years from the date of issuance of the certificate. Recognized English proficiency certificates are: a. Academic English Proficiency Test (AcEPT) from UGM, or; b. International English Testing System (IELTS) from an institution recognized by IDP, or; c. Internet-Based (iBT) TOEFL from an institution recognized by IIEF, or; d. Institutional Testing Program (ITP) TOEFL from an institution recognized by IIEF. Test of English Proficiency (TOEP) from the Indonesian Test Service Center (PLTI) recognized by DIKTI for Lecturer certification. |
| 7. | Recommendations from 2 (two) lecturers concerned at the previous level of study, preferably the Academic Advisor lecturer or the applicant’s direct supervisor at work. The link to provide recommendations online will be sent by the UGM UM Committee to the recommender via email. Make sure the recommender’s email address is an active email address. |
| 8. | Health certificate from a doctor at a health center or hospital. |
| 9. | Special requirements: A projection of the candidate’s desire to participate in a postgraduate program containing reasons, expectations, plans for research topics, and plans after completing the course (format can be downloaded here). Thesis research proposal/essay writing/other special requirements required by the study program do not need to be uploaded but sent directly to the destination study program along with a photocopy of proof of registration. |
