Jakarta, December 12, 2023. Andri Prima Nugroho, Lecturer and Researcher from the Department of Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering, has been honored as the Nominee (Rank 4) for the Outstanding Employee Award from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology for the Year 2023. This award is a form of appreciation for all Civil Servants (PNS) in the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, with the aim of improving the productivity and performance of employees. The awarding of outstanding employees is regulated by the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation Number 30 of 2018.
Ambar Musyarifah, Head of the Human Resources Bureau, explained that the selection of outstanding employees involves two categories: PNS and non-PNS, with assessments based on innovation and the impact of usefulness. The selection process involved 190 employees from 42 work units, with administrative and suitability stages. From this process, 51 employees were selected, who then underwent assessment in their respective categories. Finally, 20 outstanding employees were selected, consisting of 4 lecturers and 16 non-lecturer employees (including structural, functional, and executive positions).
The selection was conducted through a series of interviews, presentations, and visitations for direct verification with leaders and work environments. This award reaffirms the commitment of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology to appreciate the outstanding contributions of its employees and to encourage the continuous development of innovation and productive performance.
