Dibuka kesempatan bagi adik-adik mahasiswa yang saat ini saat ini masih berstatus sebagai mahasiswa aktif, ada tawaran program pertukaran pelajar di Jepang, tepatnya di Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. STEP@TUAT dan SPRING@TUAT, a one year exchange program at TUAT dengan beasiswa JASSO mulai dibuka tahun ini. Penjelasan lebih lanjut mengenai kedua program ini bisa dilihat di link berikut :

Program ini memberi kesempatan bagi mahasiswa di sister university TUAT (IPB, ITB, dan UGM) untuk melakukan penelitian selama satu tahun di TUAT dimulai bulan Oktober 2010 hingga September 2011. Deadline aplikasi adalah 12 Maret 2010. Application form bisa diunduh di attachment files.
Dokumen yang perlu dipersiapkan antara lain:
- Completed STEP@TUAT or SPRING@TUAT Application for Admission for Special Research Graduate Student.
- Completed Certificate of Enrollment for TUAT issued from the Home Institution.
- Transcript of Academic Record.
- Explanation for Grade System of (3) with an authorized signature.
- Two recommendation letters written by the faculty members of the home institution. The letters should be written in either Japanese or English.
- Completed Health Certificate (in English).
- Result of TOEFL or other equivalent documents (for nonnative speakers of English).
- Copies of Passport and ID (Students who have a passport must attach the copy to the application) .
- If you want to apply for the JASSO Scholarship, completed application form for the JASSO (Form 3-3) “Certificate of Enrollment of the Applicant for International Student Scholarship for Short-Term Study in Japan.”
- Copies of correspondence records with TUAT Advisor
